Privacy notice

Last updated 30 September 2026. This notice covers the LEMKI website at lemki.net and its waitlist. The LEMKI pilot app shows its own, fuller privacy notice before you share anything there.

What we collect on this website

• If you join the waitlist: your email address, who you're joining as, and anything you choose to write in the optional note.
• We don't use cookies, analytics or tracking on this website, and no advertising or third-party scripts run here. Fonts are served from our own site.

Why, and on what basis

We use your email only to invite you to the LEMKI pilot and to tell you about it. Our lawful basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form. You can withdraw it at any time by removing yourself below.

Who can see it

Only the small LEMKI pilot team. Your email and note are encrypted in our database. We never sell or share them.

Our processors are Cloudflare (website delivery and security) and Google Cloud in London (the app and database).

How long we keep it

Until the pilot ends, then we delete the waitlist within 90 days, or sooner if you ask.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, and you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk). To delete yourself from the waitlist right now, enter your email:

Health information

Please don't put health details in the waitlist note. The LEMKI app handles health information separately, with explicit consent and encryption, and explains exactly how before you begin.
